Pozzuoli between art and history

In the morning arrival in Naples and pick up the rental help and check-in at the bed & breakfast. Room assignment. In the afternoon guided tour of Pozzuoli: the Rione Terra, the Duomo, the Flavian Amphitheatre, the Temple of Serapide. During the visit you can stop at a famous pastry shop and taste a typical dessert accompanied by an excellent Neapolitan coffee. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Breakfast. Departure by car for the guided tour of Cuma, founded in the 8th century B.C. by Greek settlers of Euboea and Chalkidiki: the Acropolis, the Temples of Jupiter and Apollo, the "Cave of the Sibilla"; continue to Baia and visit the Archaeological Museum located in the Aragonese Castle. Free lunch. In the afternoon visit of the Dragonara Cave. Return to Pozzuoli. Overnight.

Breakfast. Visit to the Grotta di Seiano whose entrance is from Via Coroglio to Bagnoli. It is a tunnel 770 meters long, excavated in Roman times in the tuff of the hill, and connects the plain of Bagnoli with the valley of Gaiola. At the end of the cave you will reach the Archaeological Park of Pausilypon where you will admire the remains of the Villa of Pollione. Late morning return to the b & b. Check-out, return of the rented car and end of services.
