Huatulco Mexico

Huatulco, officially Bahías de Huatulco and centred on the town of La Crucecita, is a tourist resort area in Mexico. It is on the Pacific coast in the state of Oaxaca. Huatulco’s tourism industry is based around its nine bays, which is why it was originally called Bahías de Huatulco, but this has since been informally shortened to simply Huatulco. Huatulco offers a wide range of accommodation, from rooms to rent and small budget hotels to luxury hotels, villas, holiday apartments, bed and breakfasts, and several upmarket resorts located on or near Tangolunda Bay. The Camino Real Zaashila (formerly the Omni Zaashila), Quinta Real Huatulco, Las Brisas (formerly a Club Med), Dreams Resort & Spa (formerly the Gala Hotel), and the Barceló are some of the best-known larger resorts in the area.
