Minori, Italy

Minori Italy

Minori is a town and comune in the Province of Salerno, in Italy’s southwestern Campania region. In 1997, as part of the Amalfi Coast, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once a favored vacation retreat for the imperial Roman aristocracy—evidenced by the remains of a patrician villa dating back to the 1st century AD—Minori is now a popular tourist destination known for its Tyrrhenian shoreline, scenic landscapes, and renowned pastries. Thanks to its culinary traditions and mild Mediterranean climate, it is often called the “City of Taste” (Città del Gusto) and the “Eden of the Amalfi Coast” (Eden della Costiera Amalfitana).
