Day 1. Saturday. Bogotá

Arrival at Bogotá's El Dorado International Airport (BOG) and transfer to the hotel (not included) for check-in. Accommodation

Day 2. Sunday. Bogotá: City Tour & Monserrate

Breakfast at the hotel. We will begin our tour with pick-up at the hotel to ascend the imposing Monserrate Hill, a symbol of Bogotá, located at 3,152 meters above sea level. From its summit, we will enjoy a privileged view and visit its historic sanctuary. We will continue with a panoramic tour through La Candelaria, where we will visit the Gold Museum, the Mint House, and the Botero Donation. We will finish by exploring Plaza de Bolívar before returning to the hotel.

Day 3. Monday. Bogotá: Visit to Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral (OPTIONAL)

Breakfast at the hotel. We will begin the tour from the hotel, heading to Zipaquirá, a town located 50 km north of Bogotá, in the region known as the Bogotá Savanna. Upon arrival, we will visit the impressive Salt Cathedral, built 180 meters deep inside an active mine. Considered one of the most important wonders of Colombia, this masterpiece combines engineering, spirituality, and religious art in a unique underground setting. At the end of the visit, we will return to the hotel.

Day 4. Tuesday. Cartagena: City Tour

This tour is designed for history lovers to relive the most epic battles and learn about the characters who left their mark on Colombia. But that’s not all! You will also enjoy a panoramic tour through Manga, Bocagrande, and the majestic San Felipe Fortress. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 5. Wednesday. Cartagena: Isla del Rosario (Isla del Encanto) (OPTIONAL)

Breakfast at the hotel. Just an hour by boat from Cartagena, the paradise of the Isla del Encanto Barú Hotel welcomes you to spend a day of relaxation at the Isla del Encanto Hotel. In the afternoon, return to Cartagena. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Duration: 8 hours

Includes: Transport from hotel to dock and back, transport (Cartagena – Isla del Encanto – Cartagena) by fast boat with two engines, buffet lunch with options of fish, chicken, and meat, accompanied by a variety of salads, hot or cold vegetables, coconut or white rice, patacones or pasta, a portion of fruit, a typical regional dessert, and a non-alcoholic drink.
