  • 08:00-09:00 Breakfast and check-in at the hotel. Inspired by ancient Roman recipes: spelt bread with honey, pecorino cheese, fresh fruit and bay leaf infusion.


  • 09:30-12:00 Guided tour of the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We will explore not only the imperial grandeur, but the hidden messages in the proportion of its arches and the astronomical mysteries of the Forum. Optional free activity: Self-guided visit to the Largo di Torre Argentina, where Julius Caesar was assassinated – ideal for history lovers.


  • 12:30-13:30 Street food lunch in Testaccio. We will taste supplì al telefono, porchetta di Ariccia and Roman artichokes. Informal pairing with Frascati wine.


  • 14:00-16:00 Escape Room "Da Vinci's Challenge". In an ancient palace, we will solve riddles inspired by Da Vinci's codices, from clockwork mechanisms to hidden formulas.


  • 17:00-19:00 Renaissance calligraphy workshop. We will write with pen and ink on parchment in a workshop led by a calligrapher who will guide us through the lost art of sacred writing.


  • 20:00-22:00 Dinner in a Renaissance restaurant. Menu: Ossobuco with gremolata, creamy polenta and panna cotta with red fruit coulis. Pairing: Sangiovese wine from Lazio. Cocktail of the evening: "Codex Vermell" – Red vermouth with rosemary and blood orange essence.

  • 09:30-12:00 Special visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. With a symbolic focus: keys hidden in the Last Judgment, secret maps and passages between St. Peter's Basilica and the former papal prison. Optional free activity: Walk through the Passetto di Borgo (outside), secret corridor between the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo.


  • 12:30-13:30 Street food lunch in Trastevere. Trapizzino with chicken alla cacciatora, artichokes and ancestral tomato sauce. Vegan option: eggplant parmigiana.


  • 14:00-16:00 Escape Room "Vatican Secrets". Set in a forbidden library. Masonic keys, books that open doors and symbols hidden in paintings.


  • 17:00-19:00 Artistic restoration workshop. We will discover how to revive religious frescoes and techniques of tempera and gold leaf in a specialized gallery.


  • 20:00-22:00 Themed dinner at secret societies restaurant. Roast lamb with truffle, wild mushrooms and dark tiramisu with hazelnut liqueur. Pairing: Barolo wine. Cocktail of the Evening: "Silence of the Rose" – Italian bitters infused with sage and black petals.

  • 09:30-12:00 Visit to the Capuchin Crypt and Castel Sant'Angelo. A somber journey between artistic bones, Capuchin rituals and secret passages used by Popes on the run. Optional free activity: Free walk along the Via dei Coronari, ancient pilgrims' route, full of antiques and esoteric workshops.


  • 12:30-13:30 Street food lunch in Campo de' Fiori. Pizza with red onion, sun-dried tomato and burrata taglio. Dessert: cannoli stuffed with ricotta with pistachio.


  • 14:00-16:00 Escape Room "Secrets of the Catacombs". A mental descent into the tunnels of Trastevere, among crypts, riddles and maps of disappeared tombs.


  • 17:00-19:00 Night tour of legends and mysteries of Rome. We will tour churches closed to the public, squares where papal executions took place, and alleys with legendary apparitions.


  • 20:00-22:00 Dinner at the secret restaurant of the Rione Monti. Black cuttlefish risotto with caramelized lemon, hot Neapolitan sfogliatella. Pairing: Chianti Riserva wine. Cocktail of the evening: "Lapis Philosophorum" – Pomegranate liqueur, cognac and edible gold leaf.


  • 22:30-00:00 or 05:30-07:00 Astronomical observation from the Gianicolo, one of the most poetic viewpoints in Rome, accompanied by a star guide. We will explore how the ancient Romans interpreted celestial movements and how Leonardo da Vinci combined art and astronomy in his view of the universe. An intimate moment between history, science and eternal beauty. Includes: glass of prosecco with star anise, toasting the Roman style under the sky.

  • 09:30-11:00 Gymkhana "The Code of Rome". Urban escape guided by tracks that connect key places on the route: hidden inscriptions, veiled frescoes, symbols of Da Vinci on Renaissance facades.


  • 11:00-11:45 Tasting in nineteenth-century pastries. Maritozzi filled with pastry cream with lemon and homemade lemonade.


  • 12:00 Farewell to the guide and transfer to the airport. With pockets full of clues and minds vibrating with the questions that only Rome can raise.
