Day 1: MARRAKECH (B)
Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel according to your chosen category. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2: MARRAKECH / CITY TOUR (B - D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Marrakech City Tour, The visit begins at the Menara Gardens; in the center of which is a 12th century pond. The majestic minaret of Koutoubia. Visit the Palace, the Bay, and the Berber Pharmacy. The visit ends at the Plaza de Yemaa el Fna, declared a World Heritage Site. Free afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: MARRAKECH / QUARZAZATE / DADES (B-D)
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to the high atlas mountains via the Tichka cabbage, the path changes our landscapes From the green fort of the valleys, to the red ochre of the Col de Tizi until we reach Ouarzazate free time for lunch and then to Kelaa of the Mgouna, a famous little village where a kind of rose of excellent aroma is grown, to travel "The Route of the Kasbahs". This is the name given to a series of fortresses in the south of the High Atlas. Built in adobe with crenellated towers and raw brick ornaments, they are sometimes authentic fortified villages. They are located in a spectacular landscape in which the desert and the mountains meet, combining all the shades of ochre and red. If the ancient Kasbahs seduce with their power of evocation, the landscape is moving with the strength of its contrasts, its luminosity and silence. This route is one of the most attractive and sought-after in Morocco. Dinner and overnight.
Merzouga
Day 4: DADES / TINGHIR / TODRA GORGES / ERFOUD / MERZOUGA (B - D)
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Tinghir where one of the most beautiful natural sites of the trip is located, the Todra Gorges, The Todra River, to save the mountain has built by erosion a narrow gorge with vertical walls more than 300 meters high, a paradise for climbers. We will enter the interior of the gorge. We continue towards Erfoud, the road is getting harder and harder. The towns through which we are passing are becoming more and more authentic. We enter the domain of the desert people. Visit a fossil extraction center, it seems incredible how much aquatic life existed in the Quaternary on this place. Arrival and by 4X4 we head towards the Dunes of Merzouga. Free time, installation in the camp or in the lodge, dinner and accommodation.
Day 5: MERZOUGA / HASSI LABIED / KHAMLIA / MERZOUGA (B - D)
After breakfast, at 4×4 we will begin our discovery of the surroundings of the Erg Chebbi dunes, a desert region populated by sand, walking the tracks of the old Dakar rally, we will discover how and where the nomads of the area live and we will share a tea with a family, wild oases in the middle of nowhere, spectacular landscapes, small villages and desert settlements, palm groves. Stop at the village of Hassi Labied, for a walk in the palm grove and orchard. In this space we can discover a genius example of irrigation through ditches and water conduction with the Khetarra system. The inevitable visit to the village of Khamlía, of great historical and cultural importance, of slave ancestors originally from black Africa. Return to Merzouga by camel we climb the dunes to contemplate the sunset show. Dinner and overnight in Merzouga.
Fez
Day 6: MERZOUGA / MIDELT / IFRANE / FEZ (B - D)
Breakfast and departure to Fez, we will visit Rissani, a town that has a very curious souk that overflows with life and authenticity and we will cross the Gorges and the Ziz Valley. Continue to Fez. En route we will cross the cedar forest of Azrou and visit the village of Ifrane, known as the "Moroccan Switzerland" for the architecture of its houses and for being one of the most exclusive ski destinations in the country. Arrival in Fes in the late afternoon, Dinner and overnight.
Day 7: FEZ (B-D)
Breakfast at the hotel, departure to discover Fez, the oldest imperial city in Morocco. Founded in 808, it was the capital of the kingdom several times. The labyrinth of streets of the preserved medieval city (called Fez el-Bali) is considered the largest urban area in the world where cars cannot circulate. It transports us to a completely different world. There are two more parts of the great city of Fes besides the medina. The thirteenth-century city (Fez el-Jedid) and the Ville Nouvelle (where the business center is located, with modern roads, hotels and restaurants). The most outstanding places in Fez are, without a doubt, the medina, the souks (markets), the area where the leather tanners are, the Royal Palace, the Mellah (old Jewish quarter) and the oldest university in the world. Visit of the Koranic Medrasa dating back to the time of the Marinids, we will also visit the exteriors of the Karaouine mosque and the Mausoleum of Moulay Idris founder of the city, the visit ends by visiting different craft workshops and bazaars of the old medina, return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Casablanca
Day 8: FES / MEKNES / RABAT / CASABLANCA (B-D)
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to the city of Meknes. Panoramic tour of this Imperial city starting with its walls, with its magnificent gates such as: Bab el Mansur, the Agdal pond and Bab Lahdim square. Brief tour of the city walls. Continue through fertile valleys until you reach the imperial city of Rabat. Your panoramic tour begins at the exterior of the Royal Palace, "Dar el Makhzen". Continuation to the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, the unfinished Mosque, the Tower of Hassan. Free time for lunch and then head to Casablanca, dinner and overnight.
Day 9: CASABLANCA / AIRPORT (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. and at the indicated time transfer to the airport. End of services

During the arrival transfer at Istanbul Airport (IST) our representative will be waiting for you at your exit at gate number 8 with a sign with “EURORIENTE TRAVEL” or your name. If you arrive at Istanbul Airport (SAW on the Asian side) our representative will be waiting for you at your exit crossing the pedestrian crossing between column 9 and column 10 with the sign “EURORIENTE TRAVEL”. During the arrival transfer, in case you are unable to meet our representative due to high traffic at the airport, delay in baggage collection or other problems, you must contact us at the 24/7 emergency number: +90 539 657 5098 WhatsApp/call, so that we can facilitate your meeting.
Airport/hotel/airport transfers are provided by local staff and are therefore not guaranteed in English (arrival and departure transfers or transfers for flights included in your tour). For any problems or needs, please contact your English-speaking assistant or the emergency number. The team will be happy to assist you.
Contacts and tour information:
The day before your arrival in Istanbul, a local representative will contact you via WhatsApp to give you details about your arrival and schedule a meeting in the hotel lobby, where you will be informed of general travel recommendations, confirmed times for visits, the name of your guide(s) and any questions or concerns. The assistant will send you the information about schedules and order of visits via WhatsApp. If you do not receive any communication, please contact us via the emergency number.
Important notes:
If the arrival/departure flight details are not sent within 15 days of the start of the tour, the airport/hotel/airport transfer services will not be guaranteed.
The order of the itinerary may be changed, without prior notice, for climatic or operational reasons, always maintaining the same content of the program, including changes in the order of visits for operational reasons, location of hotels, opening and closing times of monuments or cultural sites.
The departure of the tour to Ankara is always on Mondays and Thursdays, the order of the nights in Istanbul may be changed by having them pre/or post tour depending on the day of your arrival in Istanbul.
The internal air sections included in our tours have a luggage limit of 15 kg/person (the cost derived from excess luggage must be assumed directly by the clients at the time of checking in with the airline). If necessary, the passenger may leave luggage at the hotel on the circuit as long as they return to the same hotel (variable cost depending on the hotel assumed by the passenger). Please check with the assistant your return hotel.
The final hotels (of those indicated) will be informed about 10 days before departure. Euroriente Travel will not accept change of hotel once the passenger/s are at their destination.
If you need help with your room, contact the hotel reception so that they can resolve the problem as soon as possible. If necessary, contact your assistant at the destination. As a general rule, the third bed in triple rooms will not be the same size and comfort.
For group departures on the tour that are before the opening hours of the restaurant at your hotel, breakfast will be a takeaway in a breakfast box.
If you want to book optional excursions to complete your trip with the best experiences, your assistant will inform you and you can purchase them through them.
The hiring of optional activities outside of Euroriente Travel is not permitted on our tours, resulting in the loss of services already contracted.

Euroriente Travel will not be responsible for any objects or material goods lost or forgotten by the passenger during the tour, nor will it be responsible in the event of deterioration or damage to objects or material goods.
The services provided by Euroriente Travel are land-based (including, if the tour indicates it, the air/Ferry/cruise section operated by the corresponding scheduled line companies). They begin at the moment the client receives the first scheduled service from our company (always after border and customs formalities) and end at the moment the client receives the last scheduled service (transfer, breakfast or whatever is applicable according to the package purchased). Euroriente Travel is not responsible for the consequences or circumstances arising from services not provided by our company (air problems, damage or loss of luggage on flights, problems at customs/border or documentation).
Instructions:
You must arrive at the lobby punctually at the time confirmed by the assistant for the departure of the tour, and be alert to be able to meet your guide. If you do not meet your guide, please urgently contact your assistant or emergency number. You are on a tour accompanied by a Spanish-speaking guide, the guide will be with the group during the tour and will be your main point of contact. When you are in Istanbul, you may have different guides depending on the day of the visit. Once we leave Istanbul for Ankara (inland circuit), you will have the same guide for the rest of the trip.
For pick-ups on the mornings of visits in Istanbul, our team of guides/assistants are Spanish and English speaking, they are organized and distributed according to the location of the hotels, so you will be picked up by one of them and taken to the meeting point in the historical area, where your Spanish-speaking guide will meet you and the rest of the entire group to begin the visits. In this way we minimize the travel time from your hotel to the starting point of the activity.

conformed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection (GDPR) and
Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of
digital rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you of some questions about the treatment
of your personal information by FLYANDBED.
1.1.-Who is responsible for your data treatment?

Provision of services: We collect your data to be able to
manage your request about the services we offer that may include flights,
accommodation, transportation, activities and transfers.

our services and products, as well as offers and information that we think may
be of interest to you.
1.3.- How long do we keep your data?
Provision of services: As a general rule, your data will be
kept until the end for which they were collected is achieved. In addition, for
reasons of current tax legislation, we will store your data for a period of
five years, after which we will destroy it if there is no request for
conservation.
Commercial communications: In order to keep you informed of
our products and services, the data processing for commercial purposes will
remain until you exercise your right of opposition or deletion.
1.4.- Are automated decisions made about your data?
Yes, automated decisions about your personal data are
planned.
1.5.-What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The consent will be the basis of legitimation in those
treatments in which they have been required and you have granted it to us, for
example, the sending of commercial communications.
In the event that you have contracted certain services with
us, the legal basis of the processing of your data is the contractual

There are third parties that manage part of our services. FLYANDBED
requires them to comply with this Privacy Policy and current regulations on
data protection, as applicable. We also inform you that these companies have
their own privacy policy in which FLYANDBED will not be responsible for
compliance with it.
Under some circumstances, FLYANDBED may share, use, preserve
or disclose Personal Information with third parties, in a non-aggregated manner
to provide our services to:
1. Suppliers:
Such as hotel, airline or activity rental providers, which satisfy your travel
reservation request. In FLYANDBED, all services provided by a third party
provider are described as such. We recommend that you examine the privacy
policies of any third party that provides travel services from whom you
purchase products through FLYANDBED. Please note that these providers may also
contact you as necessary to obtain additional information.
2. Service
providers that provide services or perform functions on our behalf: Credit card
processing, business analytics, customer service or marketing. Service
providers may collect and access the information necessary to perform their
functions, but they are not allowed to share or use the information for any
other purpose.
3. Competent
authorities: In some cases, we must cooperate with the competent authorities.
Thus:
3.1. If we believe that it is reasonably necessary to satisfy any law or legal process anywhere in
the world and we believe that doing so may diminish our responsibility or allow
us to defend our legal rights. In any case, we will only provide the required
information.
3.2. If we believe that this action is appropriate to enforce the terms and conditions of FLYANDBED, including any investigation of possible violations of them.
3.3. If necessary to detect, prevent, or in any way address and prosecute fraud, security or technical issues related to FLYANDBED.
3.4. If that action is adequate to protect the rights, property or security of FLYANDBED, its employees and users.
3.5. If we believe it is reasonably necessary to satisfy any law or on its own initiative or at the request of third parties that demonstrate a legitimate interest.
3.6. Likewise, if FLYANDBED participates in a merger, acquisition or other transaction that involves the sale of all or some of its assets or securities with voting rights, the User’s information, including Personal Information obtained through the Service, may be included in the transferred assets or securities. If this occurs, the User’s Personal Information will continue to be the subject of this Privacy Policy.
1.7 Who do we communicate your data to?
On the occasion of the execution of the contracted services, we will transfer your data to the companies that request this, such as hotels, car rental companies, airlines, etc. You should keep in mind that such assignments are essential to facilitate the contracted services.
The data communicated to the suppliers will consist of your name, surname, identity document (ID or passport), age, date of birth and nationality, as well as the possible observations that you have noted in your reservation.
1.8 Are international transfers made?
Many of the service providers of the services you request are located in countries outside the European Union. The General Data Protection Regulation regulates such international transfers and, therefore, we can only transfer the data to countries that guarantee adequate measures for your data.
1.9.- What are your rights by providing us with your information?
You should know that, by treating your personal data, you have some rights that we detail bellow:
· Right of access: You can request access to all your personal data that we process.
· Right of rectification: You will have the right to rectify your data, either because they are inaccurate or because they have changed.
· Right of deletion: You can also request the deletion of your data as long as any of the causes of art. 17.3 GDPR
· Right to object: You will have the right to request that your personal data not be processed for certain purposes.
· Right to the limitation of the treatment: You can also request the limitation of the processing of your data in the following cases:

FLYANDBED in some cases conditions the use of the Service to the previous completion of the corresponding User registration, and must indicate at least the information marked with a yellow dot on certain personal

We remind you that to carry out a correct provision of the service you must provide us with the exact and truthful data, reserving the right of exclusion of the services to the interested parties who have provided false information and without prejudice to the legal actions that the Responsible can initiate.
When you make a reservation for another person through FLYANDBED, we will request personal information and travel preferences from that person. You must obtain the consent of these other persons before providing us with your
personal information and travel preferences.

In this case, the Service collects, in addition to the IP address from which it is accessed, the following User information:
